Two-way intercom groups let the front office open a channel to a classroom handset and hear the response. E911 registration assigns an Emergency Response Location per building, floor, or room, so a 911 call from any handset carries a dispatchable location rather than one address for the whole district. Emergency notification contacts alert designated staff automatically the moment an emergency number is dialled from any handset, by email, by a call to a mobile number, or by a call to an extension, so the principal and the front office know immediately. Time conditions apply business hours and holiday calendars per campus, and blocked and allowed number lists control which numbers student-facing phones can reach. SMS to parents and staff is available through message campaigns, which require TCR brand and campaign registration before any message can send. Cloud Voice is a communications platform: it does not lock doors and does not integrate with access control, alarm panels, or surveillance systems.
